Overview

1.According to the requirements of the client, we will integrate the practical experience of the same type of paper machine that our company has successfully completed. Our company will explain the technology of 1300mm paper machine, the scope of supply, etc.

2.The GSM is 60-280g/m2.It consists of cylinder mould , a press part, a drying part, a roll paper part, a transmission part, a base part, calender，wending machine ，rewinder and so on.

*The wire part adopts 4 sets cylinder mould for forming

* The press section consists adopts press roll（φ450/φ400）

* The drying section uses 1 φ2000 drying cylinder and 1 φ1500 drying cylinder.

*Transmission part adopts split drive, AC frequency conversion speed

Cylinder mould forming part (4 cylinder woulds φ1250) → Pressing section (φ450/φ400) → φ12000 drying cylinder,

φ1500 drying cylinder → 2 roller calender → Rolling machine → Rewinding slitting machine
