This machine is used to 90-150g/m2 fluting paper machine. It is composed of long web forming part, press part, dry cadre, roll paper part, transmission part, base part, hood part and so on.

Wire section adopts 4 cylinder mould forming.

Pressure section made of 1 set large diameter roller pressure and 1 set K-type pressure

Drying section adopts 18 sets φ1800mm cylinder dryersThe grouping arrangement is as follows:6+6+sizing machine+6.

 paper winding section adopts horizontal pneumatic cylinder rewinding machine.

The transmission section adopts segment transmission and AC frequency conversion speed control

Scope of supply

The supplier's supply limit is bounded by the first flange (or rib or hose connection) outside the equipment. The air control part is bounded by the inlet of the gas control box; the headbox is bounded by the flange end of the large end feed taper pipe; the vacuum element is bounded by the interface flange of the body; the steam cover is bounded by the exhaust port flange; and wiring and gas pipelines for papermaking are not included in the scope of supply.
