Production Description
The drying part can be divided into 3-5 sections according to the steam passage sequence, and the steam pressure of each section decreases from 0.3-0.79mpa to 0.02-0.079mpa. The first section dryer accounts for 60%-75% of the number of cylinders, the second section is 20%-35%, and the third section has only 2-4 dryer. The advantage of subsection steam: it can ensure the temperature of dryer to rise gradually and make the drying curve stable. Strengthen the steam cycle and remove the condensate water and air in the dryer, make the temperature of the whole dryer uniform, greatly increase the total heat transfer coefficient, improve the drying efficiency of dryer the steam pressure of each section of dryer gradually reduce, save the steam consumption when drying.
